Shipping Charges for Online Orders

We offer Free Shipping on orders over $200.

Some items are not eligible for free shipping: Used Gear, Sharkskin, Oversize and overweight items (ex. paddleboards, large gear bags, tanks and weights).

For orders not eligible for Free Shipping, please use the "Calculate Shipping" option at checkout after entering your address.

How Long Will Delivery Take?

Orders are shipped within 1-2 days of placing your order. If an item is backordered or out of stock, one of our staff will be in touch.

Please note that the estimates below are "Business Days" (Monday-Friday). Please allow 1-2 days for processing/packing your order, especially during the holiday season! Orders placed after 2pm, will ship out the following day. If your order is placed after 2pm on Friday, it will not ship out until Monday.

Delivery time ranges from 2-10 days depending on location. If you need your order by a certain date, please be sure to add it in the order notes at checkout or contact us directly. We do everything in our power to ensure orders are delivered on time, but due to some circumstances out of our control with shipping companies, we cannot make any guarantees.

How Long Will Delivery Take?

Where Can I View My Sales Receipt and Tracking Information?

Your invoice will be automatically sent to your email, please be sure to check your junk mail if you can't find it. If you created an account at checkout, you can click here to view your order history and receipts there as well.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

What if I am Not Home when My Package is Delivered?

Due to the higher value of our products, all of our orders are shipped requiring a signature. This ensures that your order will not be left at your doorstep unattended if you are not home. If you need your order shipped without a signature, please put your request in the order notes. Please note that we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages if you choose not to have a signature.

What Happens if the Shipping Company Loses My Package?

We insure all of our shipments, and in the unlikely event your package goes missing during transit, we will initiate a claim on your behalf for the package. If the carrier is unable to locate it in a timely manner we can either ship a replacement (if available) or you can choose to cancel the order.

All orders require a signature upon delivery, in the event you are not home to sign for your package, the shipping companies will leave a notice for you with further instructions.

How Will My Order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped via either UPS or Canada Post. We compare both companies and choose the most economical option with the quickest time frame. If you have a preference for shipping options, please add it to the comments section at checkout.

Where do You Ship?

Many of our brands do not allow us to ship internationally, so at the moment we can only accept online orders within Canada. For our friends in the U.S, please contact us directly and we will see what we can do!

Return Policy

Want to exchange or return an item? Online orders have a 14 days return policy (or 7 days if purchased in store)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You'll need to complete our Online Return form prior to sending any product back to us.

Restocking Fee

If a returned item or it's packaging is found to be damaged or missing contents, your item may be refused or a 20% restocking fee may apply.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you've received a defective or incorrect product, please Contact Us immediately and we will do whatever possible to resolve the issue.

Holiday Return Policy

Orders purchased between Dec 1st-24th will have until January 7th to complete a return (or 14 days, whichever is longer). We will not be processing returns during December 26th - 31st

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the sender, and are not eligible to be refunded unless the return is a result of our error. If you are returning your item for a refund, and the original order included free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from the total refunded amount.

Return Policy

Items need to be returned unused and unopened in their original packaging. Damaged packages may either be refused or subject to a 20% restocking fee. Dive Trips and Dive Courses are not eligible for refunds.

It is strongly recommended you purchase shipping insurance if you are returning a high valued item. If the item becomes lost or damaged before we receive it, we will be unable to offer any reimbursement

Instructions For Returning Your Item(s):

Please fill out Return Authorization Form above.

If the return is a result of our error, our staff will be in touch within 24 hours with a pre-paid shipping label for you.

Pack Up Items

Please make sure to pack your items in a secure packaging, along with all original tags and packaging.

Ship Items

Take the package to the nearest delivery center. Canada Post or UPS are preferred. We highly recommend purchasing insurance for higher value orders. If a package is lost or damaged before arriving to us, unfortunately we cannot offer any reimbursement.
