We are happy to offer exchanges or in-store credit on all purchases within 7 days. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. We will refund the return shipping cost, if the return is a result of our error. We only accept full returns under exceptional circumstances.
Unfortunately we don’t do refunds on courses except under extenuating circumstances. We have very flexible scheduling options, so rescheduling your course is not an issue and we’re more than happy to work with you if you are on a tight timeline and have unexpected issues arise.
We do not offer refunds on dive trips except if the trip has been cancelled by us.
Local Safaris- 3 Day Cancellation
Sunshine Coast Safari- 7 Day Cancellation
Special weekend or island trips- 30 day cancellation.
Tropical Trips- All deposits are non-refundable, and trips have a 6 month cancellation policy.
Cancelling within these timelines will result in either loss of money or in-store credit (depending on the circumstances). If the trip is full and we are able to fill your spot, you will receive the full amount as an in-store credit.
