Returns, Refunds, and Shipping

In-Store Purchases

We are happy to offer exchanges or in-store credit on all purchases within 7 days. The item must be returned in new condition in its condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse if the item appears worn.

Online Purchases

We are happy to offer exchanges or in-store credit on all purchases within 7 days. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

If the return is a result of an error on our part, we will credit the return shipping cost.

The customer is responsible for the shipping on all warranty or repairs.

Dive Courses

Cancellation Policy: We do not offer refunds on any used or unused portions of the course. Course may be transferred to another person, or under special circumstances can be used towards in-store credit. We have very flexible scheduling options, so rescheduling your course is not an issue and we’re more than happy to work with you if you are on a tight timeline and have unexpected issues arise.

Rescheduling:

Open Water Evening Course Pool Sessions: No charge for rescheduling, $5 No Show Fee

Open Water Weekend/Daytime Pool Sessions: $50 rescheduling fee

Rescue/Drysuit/: $50 rescheduling fee if cancelled less than 48 hours before start of class

Private Courses: $100 rescheduling fee if session is changed or cancelled after we’ve booked the pool

Ocean Dives: $50 rescheduling fee if rescheduled after close of business Wednesday before scheduled weekend dives.

Dive Trips

Cancellation Policy: We do not offer refunds on any trips. Trips may be transferred to another person, or under special circumstances can be used towards in-store credit. 

 

Local Safari’s:

  • If more than 3 days are provided, customer will receive credit on account for full payment.
  • If less than 3 days notice provided and spot cannot be filled, customer will forfeit safari payment. Credit may be provided for rental gear.

Sunshine Coast:

  • If more than 7 days notice provided, customer will receive credit on account for full payment.
  • If less than 7 days notice provided and spot cannot be filled, customer will forfeit safari payment. Credit may be provided for rental gear.

All Other Dive Trips:

  • If more than 2 weeks provided, customer will receive credit on account for full payment.
  • If less than 2 weeks provided and spot cannot be filled, customer will forfeit dive payment. Credit may be provided for rental gear.

Shipping Policy

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We are currently accepting online orders shipping to destinations within Canada. We typically ship via Canada Post or Greyhound. If you have another shipping method preference, please contact us directly. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s). Our shipping charges are determined by your location, as well as the total weight of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. Some larger and heavier orders will be susceptible to higher shipping costs, you will be contacted if this affects you. We are currently not shipping outside Canada but we can make exceptions, please contact us    if you would like to discuss international ordering options.
