Jacques Cousteau described the Discovery Passage as second to only the Red Sea in its diversity of marine and invertebrate life.
DEPENDING ON CONDITIONS
A macro photographers paradise! Abundant with Strawberry Anemones, Orange peel Nudibranchs, and Puget Sound King Crabs.
A dive site painted with color! Red Strawberry anemones, orange sponge encrusted rocks, and red irish lords. A site that barely allows you to rest your finger down without touching something!
The main attraction is the sheer wall covered in giant purple feather duster tube worms! The rest of the wall is teaming with rockfish, and octopus hiding in the crevices!

– 2 Nights at the Comfort Inn in Campbell River (double occupancy). Located in the heart of Campbell River, with stunning ocean views, and an indoor pool/hot tub to relax in after your dives.

Relax in the pool/hot tub!
Exact schedule will be planned the evening before but the day will consist of breakfast, 3 boat dives with lunch in between and dinner afterwards. Divers are free to hit the town or just lay back and relax for the rest of the evening
The exact schedule may vary but today we will start with breakfast, then do our 2 dives (with lunch in between). We will then check out of the hotel and make our way back to Nanaimo to catch the ferry home. We are aiming for the 5:20 ferry, but we have the 7:30pm reserved as a back up.
