How Do We Ship?

We typically ship via Canada Post or UPS. If you have a preference, please let us know in the comments section of your order.

Where Do We Ship?

Many of our brands do not allow us to ship internationally, so at the moment we can only accept online orders within Canada. For our friends in the U.S, please contact us directly and we will see what we can do!

How Long Will My Order Take to Arrive

Most orders are shipped within 1-2 days. If we are out of stock or waiting on a delivery, we’ll reach out and let you know as soon as we can.

These are estimates only, and if you need your order by a certain date, please be sure to add it in the order notes at checkout.We do everything in our power to ensure orders are delivered on time, but due to some circumstances out of our control with shipping companies, we cannot make any guarantees.

We insure all of our shipments, and in the event your package goes missing during transit, we will initiate a claim on your behalf for the package. If the carrier is unable to locate it in a timely manner we can either ship a replacement (if available) or you can choose to cancel the order.

All orders require a signature upon delivery, in the event you are not home to sign for your package, the shipping companies will leave a notice for you with further instructions.

**UPDATE**- Due to COVID, many delivery companies are not requesting signatures at this time. They will knock on your door and leave the item on your doorstep or leave a delivery notice with information on where you can pick up your package. If you are concerned about theft of a package being left on your doorstep, please let us know and we can request that they do not “Safe Drop” your package. Due to high volume, shipping companies have suspended their delivery time guarantees, so please make sure you give yourself lots of time if you need your item by a specific date.

Online Return Policy

We want you to love your product, but we understand sometimes things don't always work out!

Exchange/Store Credit

Want to exchange your item? You’ll need to pay for shipping to get back to us, but we’ll cover the shipping of the item back to you (Does not apply to tanks, weights, or gear bags). Multiple exchanges may be subject to extra freight charges. Alternatively, we also offer in-store credit, if you’d like to choose a different item either now or in the future. Store credit does not expire and can be used towards any goods or services.

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds unless there is a mistake made on our end, or the product you’ve purchased is no longer available. 

Defective or Incorrect Product

If you’ve received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately and we will do whatever possible to resolve the issue.

Final Sale / Clearance / Closeout Items

Items marked Final Sale or Clearance are not eligible for a return or exchange.

Return Policy

Items need to be returned unused and unopened in their original packaging. Damaged packages may either be refused or subject to a 20% restocking fee. Dive Trips and Dive Courses are not eligible for refunds.

It is strongly recommended you purchase shipping insurance if you are returning a high valued item. If the item becomes lost or damaged before we receive it, we will be unable to offer any reimbursement

Instructions For Returning Your Item:

Please allow 24 hours for one of our staff to email your return paperwork.

If your order is being returned due to an error on our part, a pre-paid shipping label will be provided.


Please make sure to put the items in a secure package, along with all of the original tags and packaging.

Please print off return paperwork that was emailed to you and include in the box.


Seal the package carefully and take it to your nearest delivery center. Canada Post or UPS are Preferred.

** For your protection, we insure all large value orders when we ship them to you, so if a package is lost or damaged, you will not be responsible.

Therefore if you are returning an item. It is strongly recommended that you insure large value packages when sending back to us. The carrier will only reimburse up to $100 if no insurance is purchased. If they lose or damage your item before it gets back to us, unfortunately we cannot offer any reimbursement.
