You will do one dive on the wreck and one wall/reef dive. The second dive site will be decided the day of, depending on conditions, and diver experience levels. Don’t have a buddy? Not a problem, we will find one for you!
*The Annapolis Boat Dives are often unguided (though there will be an instructor onboard the boat and in the water), but buddy teams will be responsible for planning and leading their own dive*
- Two Tanks & Weights
- 2 Boat Dives
All divers are required to have a dive computer and light. A SMB (Safety Sausage) is highly recommended
Meet time is at 8:00 am at The Diving Locker. We usually return around 3 pm depending on ferries and traffic.
Divers must hold an advanced certification or higher, and have recent coldwater diving experience.
Although the difficulty level of the sites are fairly easy, the trip itself is tailored to self-sufficient divers who have mastered their buoyancy control. There is an instructor on board to provide surface support with any gear issues, and provide a site briefing. Buddy teams will be responsible for planning and executing their own dive plan. Divers who haven’t quite mastered their buoyancy in the cold water or who require some extra attention and support are recommended to start with one of our Local Safari’s.
