Vancouver Diving Locker’s Kids Scuba Camp is designed to introduce scuba diving to young people, in a safe and fun atmosphere.
Participants will find themselves navigating through hoola hoops, playing underwater frisbee, watching diving movies. Final Day will be spent finishing up classroom work in the morning, and afternoon will be spent playing games at the beach (weather permitting)
We meet at The Diving Locker at 9am each morning where we spend a bit of time in the classroom, later on we head to the pool to do some diving!
The kids will be back at the shop and ready to be picked up by 3pm each day.
Students should bring a lunch, swim suits, towels and any clothing needed for current weather conditions. . . and be ready for: FUN! FUN! FUN! FUN! FUN
Each camp we have a few kids who do exceptionally well and with their parents blessing, we can take them into the ocean to complete their PADI Junior Open Water Course. The cost for the ocean add on is $299 and would include an additional 2 days. These can be scheduled anytime within one year of completing the camp.
Alternatively if they do successfully complete the camp, we can provide referral paperwork for them to complete their dives in the tropics through any PADI Dive Center!
There are no upcoming events to display at this time.
