WARRANTY
We are an authorized dealer for all of the brands that we carry. This means that all items come with a full manufacturers warranty. If you experience any issues with any of your products, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the circumstances we are often able to replace the product on site, which means not having to wait for the manufacturer to send a replacement. All brands have different warranty policies, here are most of the major brands policies:
LIFETIME GUARANTEE on seams and workmanship. Except for normal wear and tear, misuse or negligence, BARE will honor all claims against seams and workmanship for the life of the drysuit worldwide. Even if you’re not the original owner, you’re covered. BARE drysuit materials are covered by a 2-year warranty. The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse or negligence. The warranty is limited to repair or replacement, at BARE’s option, and where permitted by law does not include consequential or incidental damages. This warranty is rendered invalid by unauthorized repairs.
All BARE wetsuits are covered by a 2-year warranty on workmanship and materials. The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse or negligence. The warranty is limited to repair or replacement, at BARE’s discretion.

Computers: 2 years warranty for Flooding (unless improper battery installation occurred);
LCD display (except for damage resulting from abuse/shock). Warranty does not cover damages resulting from leaking batteries (except when new and never used); low or dead batteries; Abuse/Shock; Cracked screens or housings; damages to screws or batterycovers or housings.
Two-Year Limited Warranty
Limited (Pro-rated) Lifetime Warranty Defects in material including seam integrity and stitching; Assorted hardware including inflators is subject to annual servicing. Warranty does not cover any material damage due to tears, punctures, abrasions or chemicals,including chlorine; any discoloration due to sun exposure or the effects of chemical or environmental contact.
Two Year Limited Warranty.
The following conditions do not constitute warranty issues and shall not be considered as warranty items for replacement: lost fins due to improper buckle tightening; mask silicone discoloration; improper fit of a mask or goggle.
One Year Limited Warranty on Materials, Stitching, Seams, Trim, Zippers.
Warranty does not cover any material damage due to tears, punctures, abrasions, worn knees or improper handling during donning; any discoloration due to sun exposure or the effects of chemical or environmental contact.

Product abuse (ie: airline damage) to bags does not constitute a warranty issue.

Limited Lifetime except for included hoses and mouthpieces which have a 1 year warranty. Parts for life: When you purchase a Scubapro Regulator, BCD, and computer you receive parts for life. This means as long as you service your regulator every 2 years or 100 dives (whichever comes first) you will never have to pay for parts (just labour)

2 years and all seams have a lifetime warranty. All included hoses have a 1 year warranty.
1 Year except the Scubapro Nova, Jet Fin, Twin Jet and Twin Jet Max which carry a Limited Lifetime warranty
