Cancellation Policy

We understand sometimes unexpected situations arise so we try be as understanding as possible and examine each situation on an individual basis.

Dive Courses

We do not offer refunds on any used or unused portions of our courses. Courses may be transferred to another person, or under special circumstances can be used towards in-store credit. We understand sometimes things happen, so please contact us if you have an issue and we will do our best to work with you and figure something out!

Course prices will be honored for 1 year from the purchase date, afterwards any price increases will apply and price difference will need to be paid prior to taking the course.

Open Water Evening Course

Evening 1: 7 Days Notice ($100 No Show/Late Cancellation Fee)

Evenings 2-5: 24 Hours Notice ($50 No Show/Late Cancellation Fee)

Ocean Dives: 5 Days ($100 No Show/Late Cancellation Fee)

Rescheduling missed ocean dives during the summer will be on a stand by basis.

Pool Sessions: 14 Days Notice ($200 No Show/Late Cancellation Fee, unless we are able to fill your spot)

Ocean Dives: 5 Days ($100 No Show/Late Cancellation Fee)

48 Hours Notice ($50 No Show/Late Cancellation Fee)

Pool Sessions: 7 Days ($100 No Show/Late Cancellation Fee)

Ocean Dives: 5 Days ($100 No Show/Late Cancellation Fee)

Notice Required: 30 Days

Any cancellations with less than 30 days notice will result of forfeiture of camp, unless we can fill your space.

If we are able to fill the spot, full credit will be given towards a different date

Notice Required: 5 Days

Late Cancellation Fee: Full Value of the trip will be forfeited, but rental gear will be credited

Less than 24 Hours / No Show Fee: Full value of the trip + any rental gear paid for will be forfeited.

Notice Required: 7 Days

Late Cancellation Fee: Full Value of the trip will be lost, but rental gear will be credited

Less than 24 Hours / No Show Fee: Full value of the trip + any rental gear paid for.

Notice Required: 14 Days

Late Cancellation Fee: Full Value of the trip will be lost, but rental gear will be credited

Less than 24 Hours / No Show Fee: Full value of the trip + any rental gear paid for.

Notice Required: 30 Days

Late Cancellation Fee: Full Value of the trip will be lost, but rental gear will be credited

All deposits and trip payments are non-refundable. Cancellation policy is typically 120 days unless otherwise specified on the trip page.
