Cancellation Policy

We understand sometimes unexpected situations arise so we try be as understanding as possible and examine each situation on an individual basis.

Dive Courses

We do not offer refunds on any used or unused portions of our courses. Courses may be transferred to another person, or under special circumstances can be used towards in-store credit. We have very flexible scheduling options, so rescheduling your course is not an issue and we’re more than happy to work with you if you are on a tight timeline and have unexpected issues arise.

Notice Required: 24 Hours

Less than 24 Hours / No Show Fee: $5

Notice Required: 7 Day Notice

Late Cancellation Fee: $75

Less than 24 Hours / No Show Fee: $150

Notice Required: 48 Hours

Late Cancellation Fee: May be up to $50 depending on the circumstances

Less than 24 Hours / No Show Fee: $100

Notice Required: 30 Days

Late Cancellation Fee: Up to $100 fee may be charged if we have booked the pool and are unable to cancel it.

Less than 24 Hours / No Show Fee: $200

Notice Required: 3 Days

Late Cancellation Fee: $50/day

Less than 24 Hours / No Show Fee: $100 per day

Notice Required: 7 Days

Late Cancellation Fee: $100

Less than 24 Hours / No Show Fee: Full cost of camp will be forfeited

We do not offer refunds on any trips. Trips may be transferred to another person or under special circumstances can be used towards in-store credit. In most cases late cancellation leads to forfeiting of the amount paid towards the trip, unless we are able to fill your spot.

Notice Required: 3 Days

Late Cancellation Fee: Full Value of the trip will be lost, but rental gear will be credited

Less than 24 Hours / No Show Fee: Full value of the trip + any rental gear paid for.

If we are able to fill your spot, full in-store credit will be given.

Notice Required: 7 Days

Late Cancellation Fee: Full Value of the trip will be lost, but rental gear will be credited

Less than 24 Hours / No Show Fee: Full value of the trip + any rental gear paid for.

If we are able to fill your spot, full in-store credit will be given.

Notice Required: 14 Days

Late Cancellation Fee: Full Value of the trip will be lost, but rental gear will be credited

Less than 24 Hours / No Show Fee: Full value of the trip + any rental gear paid for.
