How Can I Earn Rewards?
You can earn rewards through each purchase you make, whether online or in-store. Every dollar spent, earns 1 rewards point! Points may be redeemed for rewards like discounts off purchases, free dive trips, discounted courses, and more! You can also earn rewards by participating in surveys, reviewing products, and referring friends!
Trouble Signing In?
If you are having trouble signing in online, you can try resetting your password. If your email is not recognized, please go ahead and create an account using the email you originally registered with (this one). If your points are still not appearing after registering online, please send us a quick email and we'll be happy to get it corrected for you.
How Can I View My Points?
After creating your account and signing in, you will see your points through the "Ocean Elite Rewards" widget on the bottom right hand corner of our website. You will be able to view your points and available rewards through this widget. You can also download the Kangaroo Rewards App on your Android or Apple phone.
How Can I Redeem Rewards Online?
You can redeem available rewards either in-store or online. If you are redeeming rewards online, there will be an "Ocean Elite Rewards" popup on the bottom right hand of the screen. Once you have signed-in or created an online account, you will be able to view all of your points, as well as any available rewards. When you redeem a reward, a coupon will be added to your cart and your points will be deducted automatically. If you don't continue your order within 24 hours, your coupon will be cancelled automatically and points will be returned to your account.
Reward Program Details
- Every dollar spent earns 1 reward point, rewards point may be redeemed for discounts off future purchases, and special promos. Check your rewards account for an up to date list of eligible rewards.
- Points earned cannot be redeemed the same day
- Points will expire after 12 months of inactivity, but rest assured we will remind you if you are getting close!
- Points are earned based on the total before taxes and shipping
- What items are not eligible for points? Gift Cards, Used Gear, Shipping Fees, Servicing/Repairs
- Points will not be awarded for purchases made prior to enrollment.
