A farm boy from Northern Alberta. I did an Open Water Referral course based on a family member’s recommendation back in 2015. After that my dad and I planned a trip to Thailand to complete the dives and get certified, and that was it. I was hooked! I had fallen in love with diving. As soon as I got back to Canada, I was already planning my return to Thailand in order to become a Divemaster. A year later, I was certified as a Divemaster. 6 months later, I became an Open Water Scuba Diving Instructor- bouncing back and forth from living the island life in Thailand to driving tractors on the farm in Alberta. During my time on the island I met my wife (Dawn). After that I can definitely say diving has changed my life. Aside from diving, you could probably find me cuddled up with our 2 cats or on the computer playing some sort of video game.
