In-Store Purchases

We are happy to offer exchanges or in-store credit on all purchases within 7 days. The item must be returned in new condition in its condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse if the item appears worn.


Online Purchases

We are happy to offer exchanges or in-store credit on all purchases within 7 days. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

If the return is a result of an error on our part, we will credit the return shipping cost.

The customer is responsible for the shipping on all warranty or repairs.


Dive Courses/ Dive Trips

Cancellation Policy: We do not offer refunds on any used or unused portions of courses/trips. We have very flexible scheduling options, and we’re more than happy to work with you if you are on a tight timeline and have unexpected issues arise.

Shipping Policy

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We are currently accepting online orders shipping to destinations within Canada. We typically ship via Canada Post or UPS. If you have another shipping method preference, please contact us directly. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s). Our shipping charges are determined by your location, as well as the total weight of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. Some larger and heavier orders will be susceptible to higher shipping costs, you will be contacted if this affects you. We are currently not shipping outside Canada but we can make exceptions, please contact us    if you would like to discuss international ordering options.

All shipments require a signature upon delivery, if you need to make other arrangements please get in touch with us prior to placing your order.
