Thank You for shopping with the Diving Locker! If you're not 100% thrilled with your new purchase, we are here to help! We do not offer refunds but we would be happy to offer exchange or in-store credit on all purchases within 14 days.

How to Return an Item?

Please give us a call or send us an email ahead of time before shipping your item back. Customers will be responsible for the freight of the item coming back, as well as the new item if it is an exchange.

If the return is a result of an error on our part, we will cover all shipping costs and do our best to quickly rectify the situation! Customers are responsible for shipping charges for all repair/warranty items

How Do We Ship?

We typically ship via Canada Post or UPS. If you have a preference, please let us know in the comments section of your order.

Where Do We Ship?

Many of our brands do not allow us to ship internationally, so at the moment we can only accept online orders within Canada. For our friends in the U.S, please contact us directly and we will see what we can do!

How Long Will My Order Take to Arrive

These are estimates only, and if you need your order by a certain date, please be sure to add it in the order notes at checkout.We do everything in our power to ensure orders are delivered on time, but due to some circumstances out of our control with shipping companies, we cannot make any guarantees.

We insure all of our shipments, and in the event your package goes missing, we will initiate a claim on your behalf for the package. If the carrier is unable to locate it in a timely manner we can either ship a replacement (if available) or you can choose to cancel the order.

All orders require a signature upon delivery, in the event you are not home to sign for your package, the shipping companies will leave a notice for you with further instructions.
