Mark Sun is a passionate ocean enthusiast with a decade of experience exploring the underwater world as a certified scuba diving instructor, freediving instructor, and skilled bareboat skipper. Having completed more than 300 dives around the globe, Mark’s love for the seas has taken him on adventures across the vibrant waters of Southeast Asia, including Thailand, China, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Palau.

His athletic prowess is evident in his freediving achievements, reaching depths of 70 meters using the Constant Weight (CWT) discipline, with a personal best of 5:30 minutes in static apnea (STA), showcasing his exceptional breath-hold capabilities. Beyond his exploratory endeavors, Mark specializes in freediving and scuba diving equalization techniques, including the Frenzel and hands-free methods, underscoring his expertise in helping divers achieve comfort and efficiency underwater.
